Bounce-at-the-Bell - Physical Activity Poster

Students often receive physical benefits from running, but less frequently experience the benefits of extra loads on their skeletons through jumping. The Bounce-at-the-Bell Poster illustrates and promotes the health benefits of an appropriate bone loading classroom-based physical activity program. Results from research projects indicate positive benefits from an 8-month, school-based jumping program involving 5 jumps, 3 times a day, 4 days a week.
